Leaving Las Vegas

I was thinking about having ridden a Road King under thosse red rocks. The visual impact of leaving las vegas is only matched by a memory of arriving in Salt Lake City on a Greyhound when I was 18. The rising sun had caught the the orange desert and set it on fire... all of salt lake city was shaded by the mountains and still in darkness. lights flickering.
There is a little of that idea in this picture.
